All our fitness sessions run for 60 minutes outdoors at Edgewater Primary School, Edgewater, WA, we also have a huge undercover area for inclement weather.

With a maximum class size of 18 people there is no overcrowding, just a positive social environment where you can get your sweat on!! All fitness classes vary so your body gets the benefits of new challenging workouts – there is no boring repetition here!

Register online for the fitness classes you want to attend each week, we’ll receive notification that you’ll be coming along and we be there to greet you, it’s that easy.

 We have all the equipment you need for the fitness classes we run, so all you need to do is turn up with your game face on, your boxing gloves and the attitude to achieve, oh and bring a drink...

Increase endurance and fitness

Whether it be working at your own pace , with a partner or as a group our cardio sessions will increase your endurance, stamina and strengthen. Our activities, include fitness assessment or self paced running are designed to fun, but still put you through your paces.

Kickboxing

Utilising a partner and a kick-shield or hand pads you are lead through a cardio kickboxing fitness class of high intensity kicking, punching and recovery (classic interval training). Not only do your lungs get a work out so to do your arms, core, butt and legs. Best of all this fitness class is suitable for all fitness levels, you go at your own pace and we can modify moves to suit your fitness level and skills

Increase muscle and tone up.

Each class will differ to incorporate circuit or straight line activities as well as resistance training. These weight training classes will improve all aspects of your health, you'll see improved cardio, strength, muscle tone, co-ordination and weight loss.
